Curriculum Vitae:
Master of Political Science from the University of Aarhus with special
focus on European integration, Third World politics and approaches
to analyzing international negotiations. My Master's thesis examined
the ability of different current sociological theories on explaining
socio-political uprising and specifically violent revolts against
semi-dictatorial regimes. The Islamic neo-fundamentalists' uprising
in Egypt in the late 1980's and beginning of the '90s were used
as a case study.
During 2001-2002 I have lectured on theories of nation-states,
multiculturalism and globalization as well as variants of social
constructivism particularly discourse theory and critical discourse
analysis.
